Cara has been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since 2006. She graduated from The Edmund Morgan School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in 2005 where she received advanced training in neuromuscular therapy. She has also studied Facial Reflexology under Lone Sorensen and is a certified facial reflexologist.
   Cara has always had a passion for helping others and after discovering the healing benefits to massage therapy for herself, she pursued an education in therapeautic massage so she could help others to improve their quality of life. By combining her passion for Hot Stone Therapy and traing in Neuromuscular Therapy, Cara has developed a unique therapeutic experience to aid her clients in pain management and stress reduction.Â
